engineers take full charge of all the involving technics and
communication throughout the project starting, mould design and
review, mould processing, technical progress follow-up, mould
test, sample review and project close.
  Weekly Progress Report:
We have professional engineers who handle every case, and
would send the pictures to our customers in time, so that ourcustomers know the mould's processes and feel reassured.
Certificate of materials:
We can provide the material certification for each mould include
mould base, cavity,core and insert, also we can provide a sample
for testing if necessary. We promise all the material can meet
our customers' requirement.
The specific work flow is as following:
Mould Vacuum Package
After tested mould is ok,we would send customer in package with all mould ralated data,which
include FAI report,material certificate,revised mold data,2D/3D mould drawings ,mold testing report,mold pictures..etc. accordingly.
